Our Programme transforms the leadership and coaching skills of corporate managers. Championed originally by the Academy for Chief Executives, over 5,000 managers around the world have now experienced this unique programme, giving an average 90%+ rating for effectiveness, impact on business results and exceeding expectations.
It is run in groups of 8-12 managers and over two days, with a month’s gap between sessions. Delegates receive 1:1 telephone coaching between Day 1 and Day 2 to reinforce learning and test new coaching skills. Managers emerge from the programme with practical tools and triggers that enable them to immediately raise individual and team performance.
