CEQ has now created a much demanded follow up workshop for graduates of the 2 Day Coaching Excellence Programme. Led personally by the architect of the 2 Day Programme, internationally renowned Executive Coach Gareth Chick, and with the number of participants limited to 10, a highly personalised and intimate learning experience is created.

Designed by our founder Gareth Chick, this programme takes delegates on a challenging 2 day journey to uncover the truly authentic leader within, and then to form practical strategies for delivering increased leadership effectiveness at work. Given the advanced nature of this programme, it is only open to graduates of CEQ’s 2 Day “Coaching Excellence” programme.
