Virtual Coaching & Facilitation by VC
CEQ are using video conference calling (VC) with a growing number of our clients. In today’s fast paced business environment, the ability to ultilise technology is paramount and we can work around your busy schedule by offering a variety of VC coaching and facilitation solutions.
Over the past few years, we have pioneered this innovative approach and we’ve run hundreds of 1:1 and group sessions via VC to managers and leaders across all 5 continents. We have established ourselves as one of the world’s leading experts in this field and these high impact and unique sessions can be either ‘one off’ interventions or designed-in to support your existing training and development initiatives.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and a demand to run programmes remotely, CEQ have now adapted their 2-day Coaching Excellence Programme to 3 x 2-hour virtual training modules and 2 x 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions over video conferencing. The follow up course ‘Masterclass’ has also been adapted (please see links at the bottom of this page for more information)

Virtual Coaching Excellence Programme

Due to the coronavirus outbreak and a demand to run the programme remotely, CEQ have now adapted their 2-day programme to 3 x 2-hour virtual training modules and 2 x 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions over video conferencing.
Participant numbers are strictly limited to 6 per programme to allow for maximum practice and personalised observation and feedback. Managers emerge from the programme with practical tools and triggers that enable them to immediately raise individual and team performance
Virtual Coaching Masterclass Programme
CEQ’s core ‘Coaching Excellence Programme’ has now inspired over 5,000 managers to change their behaviours and develop themselves into skilled coaches. Having been constantly asked about a follow up course, we launched our ‘Coaching Masterclass’ in 2012 – exclusively for graduates of the 2-day programme. Designed almost as a ‘Day 3’ of the original programme, the theme is coaching ‘Mastery’.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak and a demand to run the Coaching Masterclass remotely, CEQ have now adapted the 1-day workshop into 2 x 2-hour virtual training modules and a 30-minute 121 coaching session over video conferencing.
Participant numbers are strictly limited to 6 per Masterclass, all of whom must have graduated from the 2-day Coaching Excellence Programme. This ensures both a high level of intimacy and a high base level of coaching skill. Participants thus enjoy a rich and highly personalized learning experience.
Other VC Services
1:1 Coaching
The same coaching experience as ‘face to face’ but done via VC and from the comfort of your own office or meeting room. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes and provide the same support, challenge and accountability as if we were in the same room together.
Active Learning Sets / Group Coaching
For groups of two to eight participants, these sessions can blend a combination of coaching, training and facilitation, depending on the outcomes and objectives. Designed so everyone participates equally and adds to the experience, we provide the same feedback & observations as we would in the training room.
Meeting Facilitation
From board meetings to strategy sessions or even team building exercises, we can also facilitate this via VC for you. As independent expert facilitators, we can stay impartial and see the things you might miss, whilst also providing on the spot feedback on the behaviors we observe.
