CEQ has now created a much demanded follow up workshop for graduates of the Virtual Coaching Excellence Programme. As well as a refresher on OUCH! (Our Unconscious Controlling Habits) and Core Skills Practice, the Masterclass provides a deeper dive on Global Active Listening, Breakthrough (“disruptive”) Coaching, as well as Creating Coaching Cultures within your team and organisation.

Designed and facilitated by our founder Gareth Chick, this programme takes delegates on a challenging 2 day journey to uncover the truly authentic leader within, and then to form practical strategies for delivering increased leadership effectiveness at work. Given the advanced nature of this programme, it is only open to graduates of CEQ’s “Coaching Excellence” Programme.

NB.  Due to the coronavirus outbreak and a demand to run programmes remotely, we have now adapted our In-Person Training sessions over Remote VC. However, In-Person training is still available upon request, depending on location and schedule.
