We have developed, tried and tested IP over the last 20 years which is proven to change behaviour and develop management capability, however each client need is different and therefore we will always work with you to create something bespoke and unique to your individual requirements where appropriate.
CEQ have a strong background in consulting and in delivering highly tailored interventions. We are able to cover the whole spectrum of a client company’s needs, from full design and project management, to being a smaller part of a broader transformation programme and all stations in between.
Our in-house experience as senior operational executives, combined with our world class methodologies in Coaching, Leadership and Change, means we are uniquely equipped to engage with you at the earliest stage of your thinking. Whether you are planning an organisation-wide transformation, or a relatively straightforward L&D curriculum, we will spend time understanding your needs, whilst at the same time adding value through our inputs, even prior to you formally engaging us.
We will help you assess not only the most effective interventions, but which of those interventions need to be delivered by external agents (and therefore which can be delivered through your own internal resources). Our role is to add huge value, not simply to sell you programmes and certainly not to build dependency upon us.
As part of our enquiry process, we will work to understand the context for the changes and developments you are striving for. We work to understand your Mission, Vision and Values and to tie our interventions back to these as guiding goals and principles. We work to understand your business strategy and your operating model, in order to ensure that all L&D activities we design are in support of these guiding plans.
Finally we work with your own proven and trusted people processes, because it is essential that any Coaching, Leadership and Change workshops or programmes we deliver both acknowledge and promote a client company internal processes around people management. We are not in the business of creating bright shiny new fads that implicitly devalue existing people processes, and which will surely be destined to be superseded within a few short months.
Our Coaching programmes are the foundation stone of the consistency of our success in client engagements, and they will be for you too. Our Leadership programmes work because they are both pragmatic and inspirational. Our Change programmes are hugely effective because they deliver embedded cultural change and because they support the operating model.

Coaching Excellence
Our core offering as a 2-day classroom based programme or over 3 x 2-hour remote modules + 2 x 30 minute 121’s via VC. Designed to confront people managers at all levels with their unconscious controlling habits and help them create new empowering coaching habits as their ‘default’ management style.
Coaching Masterclass
Designed as a ‘Day 3’ of the Coaching Programme and offered as either a 1-day classroom based programme or over 2 x 2-hour remote modules + 1 x 30 minute 121 via VC. With the theme of ‘Mastery’, this training is only available to those who have completed the Coaching Excellence Programme and who have a passion and desire to be ‘role model’ coaches in the business.
Authentic Leadership
Our ‘And The Leader Is...’ Programme is offered as either a 2-day classroom-based training or over 3 x 2-hour modules plus 2 x 30 minute 1:1’s via VC. Focusing on our core values, beliefs, and purpose as a leader, the programme builds on the critical leadership skill of coaching and is therefore only available to those who have graduated from the Coaching Programme.
Managing Change
A half day classroom-based workshop or 2-hour VC based module, taking managers through the cycle of ownership and the coaching styles required for managing each stage of change.
Influencing Skills
A half day classroom-based workshop or 2-hour VC based module, taking managers through the four stages of influencing both internal and external stakeholders
High Performing Teams
A one-day classroom-based workshop for divisional/functional teams and their leader. Focused on team dynamics, building trust, improving ways of working and creating the desired team behaviours.
Meeting Facilitation
Either in the meeting room or via VC, we facilitate board/management/team meetings to ensure you reach your desired outcomes by driving action, next steps, and accountability.
1:1 Executive Coaching
For senior leaders, either face to face or via VC. Working to achieve your personal objectives, raise your game, hold you to account of your own personal development plan and support/challenge you in your role.
1:1 Management Development
For any line/people manager either face to face or via VC to support them on specific development needs raised from their 360 feedback/PDR. Examples could include how to manage conflict, have difficult conversations, delegate better or manage time more effectively.
Facilitation of Bespoke Workshops
Meeting room facilitation for ‘one off’ workshops that could include the likes of creating new strategies, developing new processes, designing a new operating model, planning group wide transformation or reviewing people/HR policies and procedures.
