Creating World Class Coaching Skills for 20 years…
CEQ’s core ‘Coaching Excellence Programme’ has now inspired over 5,000 managers to change their behaviours and develop themselves into skilled coaches. Having been constantly asked about a follow up course, we launched our ‘Coaching Masterclass’ in 2012 – exclusively for graduates of the 2-day programme. Designed almost as a ‘Day 3’ of the original programme, the theme is coaching ‘Mastery’.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak and a demand to run the Coaching Masterclass remotely, CEQ have now adapted the 1-day workshop into 2 x 2-hour virtual training modules and a 30-minute 121 coaching session over video conferencing.
Participant numbers are strictly limited to 6 per Masterclass, all of whom must have graduated from the 2-day Coaching Excellence Programme. This ensures both a high level of intimacy and a high base level of coaching skill. Participants thus enjoy a rich and highly personalized learning experience.

*Our cancellation terms: Cancellation between 30 days and 14 days prior of module 1: 50% of the fee is payable; Cancellation within 14 days prior of module 1: 100% of the fee is payable; If participants miss any of the modules, they cannot repeat them on a future Masterclass
