The Coaching Essentials Workshop is derived from Module 1 of our Flagship “Coaching Excellence” Programme and is designed as an introduction to coaching, covering the essential elements and skills to become a better coach. Participant numbers are limited to 8 per workshop to allow for maximum practice and personalised observation and feedback. Managers emerge from the workshop with practical tools and triggers that enable them to immediately raise individual and team performance.
